The Mobility Stretch Strap is a stretch and exercise modality that can also be used for posture which is offered in two selections. The 1st selection consists of an increased elastic give ideal for exercises such as chest flies, reverse flies, tricep extensions, bicep curls, leg extensions and leg curls - the list goes on. The 2nd selection consists of strong elastic ideal for resisted stretch, in addition to the aforementioned exercises, though with a more challenging resistance. Being a 96 pounder, I personally would not go without my MSS when stretching my clients hamstrings, adductors or hip flexors. The Mobility Stretch Strap conserves my energy and protects me from strains and repetitive stress while allowing my clients to experience their own personal capacity during resistance stretch.
