Westshore District

There needs to be a new Publix in the Westshore business district. People living in the south part of the Westshore business distict (Sunst Park and Beach Park} must go to the Neptune/ Dale Mabry Store 611. That's an extremely busy store. Many new apartments are being built by International Mall where Westshore Blvd meets it. My original suggestion was the former Boizao Steakhouse was but the location has been purchased by the Lucky Dill. I drove around the area and there is property for sale at corner of Laurel and O'Brien. This location will serve Westshore business, the airport, Dana Shores, Sunst Park, Beach Park, Carver City, Old West Tampa (stadium) area. The competitors would be Whole Foods under Target and Winn Dixie on Dale Mabry. You make a Greenwise like the one in SoHo because the style of apts/condos going up would mix well. Thw Whole Foods nearby does real well. Airport guests could benefit .
