Make Pogo/ea Help Easily Available/assessible, Responsive!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT POGO for nearly A YEAR NOW, re. being unable to purchase GEMS....the yellow bar to complete the purchase in non responsive, does not work...JUST LIKE POGO HELP/nonresponsive. Checked on my cases, see that are all CLOSED...why WHY???? I DO not know!!!! I was never contacted by pogo AT ALL, not response of ANY KIND! I tried a phone contact today, only LAUGHABLE its of ABSOLUTELY NO USE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT directs CUSTOMER TO CONTACT HELP via keyboard access.....WELL, LET ME TELL YOU HOW that WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT AT ALL! so NOW THAT THE telephone number is USELESS! Jerks!!! there is EFFECTIVELY NO ACCESS TO HELP AT ALL!!!!! wELL, get THAT makes things clear....you don't give crap for CUSTOMERS, JUST THE BUCKS that roll in....Worse thing that ever happened to pogo, when EA took it over, Pogo HELP WAS TERRIFIC before EA.
