Why Are You Refusing To Becoming CPR/ FIRST AID Certified?

My father was working out at a planet fitness when he experienced symptoms of dizziness and cold, clammy skin. No one, not even the personal trainer, was knowledgeable as to what to do. He called me from the front desk. There was no medical supplies nor medical knowledge of any type available. Since I am a CPR/ FIRST AID instructor, I have offered trainings at an extremely discounted price to prevent other customers feeling hopeless. After multiple offers to multiple branches, I continue to be denied... WHY?
