Best Idea Ever....treat Your Customers With Respect!!!

Try hiring a staff that knows something about fitness and gives a hoot about customers! These kids don't have a clue and could careless of your overall experience. They are hot bothered if you want to use a machine that requires their help. If it were up to me I'd fire all of them, starting with the Mickey Mouse management....those people are a joke and and an embarrassment to any facility.
