Panera has a store on the south side of town but needs one in a better location on the North side of town. Exit 317, right off Rt 81. This has the new Federal Gov, FEMA headquarters, Intersrate 81 traffic, Kraft Food, Two large industrial parks, Rite Aid Distribution, American Woodmark, Trex, Several plastic container manufacturers, Box companies (PSI and PCA). Your clientele is there. My office at FoodSource has no time to get lunch at your present location but would frequent your store numerous times weekly if you were at the suggested location. You have anchor business built in and the interstate highway travel business there.
