Kiosk ordering is available in Michigan in a few cafés that have switched to 2.0 ways. Keep watching it will come to you also.

Panera should have the option (in addition to ordering with a person) to order from a kiosk with all of the options that online ordering has to offer where you can customize your order without the hassle of annoying an employee.
