Online Non Statements

I just recently transferred my account from Band of America.

However, I now find that I can not look at anything online past 2 or 3 months.
I object to charges if a paper statement gets misplaced. I want hand paper statements as I am of an age where I won't always be able to use a computer and there is more than one person involved in the accounts that I don't want a password given to
.
At Bank of America I got paper, plus online I could find a check by looking at 3 yrs of statements. I could look up checks and find the dates, and a copy. NO charge. And I did this a lot.

Not with PNC.

I just found this out as I have reached the 4 month of being a customer and must say, I am kind of in shock.

I am old and will not be on the computer forever because of my eyesight.

Since I cannot look at online statement$ I am now looking for another bank.
