Introduction:
Although the information Technology and the current advanced computer's technology are very essential tool used everywhere (companies, Homes, restaurants, Clinics, Theaters, Schools)...etc, It is also used by all ages even in different levels, in another wording it forms a very important part in our lives, However in certain business; using the Books either Journal Books or Memo Books as a primary records before data capture the information into the computer, still very important issue and very necessary. Please Imagine if a real estate company own and lease a big number of apartments, and collecting over 5000 check on monthly basis, some checks are deposited in the bank and some will be deposited soon, some of the checks are bounced from the Bank due to insufficient fund or due to wording mistakes, some tenants will correct & re-sign the checks, other tenants the company needs to file eviction for them.. And all of sudden for technical or non-technical reasons all data get lost even the back-up file is damaged, and the company haven't any manual records for all the information that keeps the rights for the 5000 tenants and for the company at the same time. In fact without maintaining manual records; it is going to be a dilemma.
This introduction is just to show how important for any company to use Manual records /Books to register the important information as alternative in case the computer system is down and the information is lost, in addition to that, it also, can be another source of the information that must be barreled with the computer's data for revision and accuracy purpose.

Summary of my New Idea:
Due to my strong believe in the above fact (using The Books beside the Computer) , and due to my practical experience in solving many problems happened due to insufficient or lost of the information in different business fields, I have invented a new Idea, It is simple, and not expensive for mass production,
it is kind of redesigning or restyling the pages of the current regular Journal Books or Memo Books, in another wording it is about different way of assembling the pages of the Regular Book, which are lined in different ways, that meet the different needs of Home depot customers, who can easily register the required information, trace it and update all related results in a way that save time, efforts and Money for Office Depot Customers, from the other side creating such new products is achieving one of the main goal of Office depot towards its customers by maximizing efficiency and Minimizing costs, I believe this will add value to Office Depot business (Sales) and subsequently achieve more profits to Office Depot Shareholders.
