Hoping to incorperate two ideas to the daily activities of our company.
1. Incorperating an employee of the month program.
How it would work
associates would pick employee ( associate
month for a prize of 100.00 and acknowlegdement in a company newsletter & manager would be quarterly ) to be the employee of the month
then at the end of the year, all employees of
the month would partake in a district banquet
at the end of the year for a drawing for
manager of the year and associate of the year
picking two each
the prize would be 300.00 for the winning associate and 500.00 for the winning manager for the year.
Along with a certificate for the manager / associate.
2. It would be awesome if the company would offer workshop classes for customers for things like tablets, computers, etc.
it would work by customers would sign up and pay a flat fee for two workshops month.
