NordicTrack Customer Service Improvement IdeaSubmitted 4 years ago
Not a new idea I'm sure...The importance of "live" contact with customers can't be overstated. Many companies today over use the automated systems frustrating customers. Ex 26 minute wait time on "customer service" line is a prime example of the lack of focus on service. Heavy focus on sales. Want to build your business? answer your phones. Make your employees more accountable too easy to not answer or transfer.
