Nissan Product Improvement Idea

As electric cars become become more popular it is a concern the silence from them would catch out the unsuspecting pedestrian. Wouldn't it be a good idea to have an Approaching Vehicle Tone (AVT) to pre-warn those unsuspecting pedestrians of of approaching electric traffic. In addition to this why not personalise the tone, whether it be beeps dashes, at least then the pedestrian has an idea of who is approaching.
