Temperature Offset/blower For Interior Of Vehicle

Using a vent system, from the coolest part around a vehicle. Offsetting the internal temp (on a thermostat) that would automatically turn on the vent...and lowering the temperature inside the vehicle. This would save the strain on the a/c system, and ultimately protect (potentially) the occupants of a vehicle that may have been left with children/pets. The dual purpose system, could save lives...but certainly have a benefit for the temp differential of the extreme heat to the use of the air conditioner.
