You have your driver's license and it's a scam on the back and you touch it to the car and that's how you start it up that way people cannot steal your car and you always have to have your license to drive a car less kids won't be able to drive them accidentally no more hijacks with the cars and if someone wants to borrow it they can download an app that states pin number that lets them borrow it from the owner
