A Denser Oxygen For Air Intake

Hi,my name is Malcolm Ednyfed. I'm from Malaysia,Sarawak. My Ideology is to cool down the temperature of air intake since cold air have a denser oxygen. Use a radiator on side of the car just below the headlights. Air that cold down inside the canal of the radiators will cool down the temperature. Also create a special coolant liquid for the radiator. That's all I can say.
