My suggestion is that you be more customer centered in terms of the value you give to customer experience and the loyalty you could acrue. I have ideas and am in doubt as to whether this suggestion matters to your marketing model. Anyway, that is the beginning so some questions you might ask each other as you sit in your next meeting!
