Nautilus U616 Upright Exercise Bike

I purchased the referenced upright bike from Amazon 3DEC23. The first thing I noticed was that the speed and distance do not coincide. I can cycle for 60min for a distance of 26km and my speed indicates only 16.5km/hr. Another item is the personal information to input, i.e. weight, height, age, etc. I am 82 years old and have been a distance runner for 55-plus years, I know my maximum heart rate is around 148; however, when I look at the screen it shows up incorrectly. Another thing is the levelers are crap and do not stay in place when sliding the bike into position. The pedal arm covers on the housing are poorly attached and very loose. While pedaling, I am already getting a clicking sound as the right pedal rotates. I am requesting a replacement for this particular unit. I does not meet my standards. I suggest designing a better product and testing it before it goes out the "door".
