Help A Costomer Please

I own a Bowflex Ultimate 2 and have owned it for years... I love it but I am 62 and need a refresher course to use it again. Could you either send me a link to get the instructional video so I can play it on my device or if you don't have it I have the DVD I will send it to you if you could rip it to a different format for me so I could use this on my devices. This machine is in great shape but my memory isn't perfect so I need the prompting of the video to get it right. Im sure I'm not the only one in the world that would love this up on a new format, I remember saving up for a used one and was so excited to get one. that is why I would ve so happy if you could help me.
