The 360 Strength Trainer is comprised of 3 Individual Bars. The Long Bar weighs approximately 25lbs. and the (2) Short Bars weigh approximately 15lbs. each. The 360 Strength Trainer comes with Resistance Bands, Utility Straps (for use on the Log and Short Bars) and Ankle Straps (for use on Individual End Users)
