I don´t even know how this website works, but I recently got a Moto G5 and it took me more than an hour to remove the back cover and I'm beyond angry and want to let it out.
In the end, I ruined my nails and the phone (nothing serious) in the process.
These are the kinds of things that happen when engineers or designers make products without thinking on the costumers. Women get their nails done. It's not on your business if you think it is silly. We need to be able to remove the back cover without getting stressed out. I'll use this new cell phone for a year o so and when I have to change it, I'll go back to the easy to open Samsung devices. Hope somebody reads this and does something about it.
