Bluetooth Earbuds With Transmitter Built Into Charging Base

I need a pair of Bluetooth Earbuds with the following:

1. A charging base that can also be used as a wireless transmitter for use on an airplane.
2. Case must be very low profile to fit in breast pocket comfortably.
3. Multi Pairing abilities for easy swap between transmitter and phone.
4. Can use single earbud for general telephone use.
5. Buds and base can be purchased independently because these suckers are small and it will be frustrating to have to replace a whole set for want of a single but or charging base (left plugged into the plane, for instance.)
