As a teacher, I'm in a constant battle with students over cell phone usage. If you made phone packages with the following features, it is sure to be a hit with parents and teachers alike. Plus, you may even get some free advertising from schools! I purpose the following features to allow students to maintain necessary phone access, parents to feel safer about their children, kids to be safer using their phones, and teachers to have more control of the classroom:
1. A family plan that includes a master password for the parents and a user password for whomever uses the phone. Allow the parents with the master password to set whatever level of security they want, from time-sensitive restrictions to requiring master password for everything.
2. Ability to limit what apps can be used during certain times.
3. Ability to set who can be texted during school hours.
4. Require master password to change anything on the phone.
5. Disallow messages with pictures, either fully or during certain times, like during school hours.
