You could have a phone number that people could call and ACTUALLY TALK TO A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!
I know this sounds completely outrageous, but what a concept! Then when someone (like me) had a question or a problem that couldn't be answered by the automated system, Metro PCS could still retain him or her as a customer, or maybe on occasion even gain a new customer!
