Oftentimes items are moved in the store for efficiency purposes. Shoppers become used to that location and when they have moved they end up trying to hunt up a person for location since the phones no longer work.
If the old location could have a tag on the shelf directing the buyer to the new location they would feel less frustrated and that Meijer really does want them to shop there.
