Employees Outside

The employees I see that push the carts seem so hot in the summer. Have you ever considered a "summer" uniform for them that involves a bright colored t-shirt that is litght weight and highly visible? Similar to what some construction workers wear. Those bright yellow t-shirts have got to be cooler than those dark colored polos. Plus it could eliminate the need for the vest I see some of them wearing. Granted I know it is not heavy but it is an extra layer. Pair the tshirt with shorts of maybe a blue color. Just a suggestion for your employees who work outside in the heat, humidity and sun.
