There are endless opportunities for commercialization, because the product can be stocked anywhere health products are sold. The product is not only unique, but opens up a new and highly profitable product line with very low production costs, and is convenient and desirable like no other.
The portfolio enclosed shows US Patent D590,591 protecting the product. We are pleased to announce the product is protected with one (1) claim and three (3) drawings to ensure less opportunity for the competition. My client has indicated the product may be obtained through a sales, or license agreement.
