I know the Mazda Fugai was shut down because of the fire during a Top Gear. However I thought it was a Great idea. I think what would make it more competitive with Ferarri and Bugatti would be to take the 20b rotary they used but 2 of them side by side with a transmission that drives both at the same time. And you could limit the street use by having a key that "unlocks" 1 engine. Then have a racing key that unlocks both. I think this is a great idea and would shoot Maxda to the top of the racing world with rotary power.
