Rotary Engine

Mazda New Product Idea

Submitted 4 years ago

Hello sir,
I would like to introduce my plan of the rotary engine, which is reliable, fuel efficient, and doesn't hurt more the environment as piston engines. Kind of detailed system. The basic idea is to reducing forces on the sealings with air pressure, so the rotor got tiny air channels, from front side in to the rotor, and towards to the edges, and back to the rear side of the rotor to the side plate.
The rotor must be sealed properly, the side ports as well must be closed with the surface when the rotor passing on it. Necessary full flat spark plug, kind of plasma ignition system, timing the ports, open close, otherwise the rotor pressure will drop.
I was think about oil maybe can works as well.
Present days, we got 3d printing technology so, this is how the rotor can be done or, make it more pieces. Need an air tank for optimising the pressure.
With the right form and pressure the rotor will be able to make turning movement, can be adjusted with the starter, so the engine will turn only if the right amount of pressure is ready to seal.
Twin charged forced induction, centrifugal supercharger can feeding the turbocharger, and useless pressure can be used for cooling.
Thank you for listening, I hope the rotary sport car will be exist.

Best Regards David
