Please review the following letter which outlines my proposal:

RE: Request for Permission to use Ford oval Trademark and Business Proposal regarding industrial furniture



My business is involved in the creation of artistic furniture for niche markets such as the Mazda dealerships and other Mazda Head establishments worldwide.
My business is Khaunocopia Creations where I design and craft artistic furniture for the motoring enthusiast. For your reference, my ABN is: 725 340 675 78. Images on my Facebook page are strictly promotional prototypes which are not for sale to the general public. The 'Ford & Kenworth' prototype's you see on the Facebook page are an example of my industrial furniture and the enthusiasm that is in Mazda's psyche. This could commemorate the 100th year in the History of Mazda's long and prestigious manufacturing passion for designing and manufacturing cars to the consumer which will appeal to all motoring people in the Mazda arena.



I am a keen advocate of Mazda and have grown up with its legacy in Australian car industry, I wish to only promote the Mazda reputation in the form of high quality artistic and industrial based furniture. In particular, each piece of furniture embodies industrial automotive concepts in a way that we believe would enhance the passionate enthusiasts and other people of integrity and appreciation. In particular we would like you to consider granting us permission to apply your trademark "Mazda " logo to my furniture. The proposal is that furniture be used for Mazda internal purposes only e.g., boardroom/conference tables, reception/executive/CEO furniture, dealership showroom furniture for clients or complimentary furniture for promotional Car show exhibitions.
The trademark in the example is laser-cut to give a sophisticated and attractive lighting effect that enhances the presentation and reputation of the product, including the Mazda logo.
I would like to discuss the possibility of entry into a mutually beneficial business relationship in which your various work environs are enhanced with furniture that resonates and displays a passion towards the company and its manufacturing heritage. Our products are niche, individually crafted and unique.
Nevertheless, I acknowledge Mazda's extensive trademark reputation and wish to be a business partner using the trademark with the company's expressed written permission and whether or not your company would be interested in my furniture in any capacity to promote the Mazda brand in the Australia and abroad.
