We have already submitted the following idea to the Italian Patent Office (patent application n. 102019000021597 - date 21/11/2019).
The European research report has just arrived, giving a very positive reply for 4 claims.
The idea relates to the field of safety devices, and generally allows recognition of persons and animals located in the passenger compartment of a vehicle, and in particular to solve, in a completely innovative way, any situations of abandonment such as that of a child staying in the vehicle back seat and left alone in the absence of adults over a prefixed time. The present invention is then able, always in an automatic and autonomous manner, to field all the actions necessary for signaling the possible danger situation such as that of abandoning the child in the car. The system can be easily installed in a car, or can be planned in the development phase of the car, in order to have the system fully integrated .
We are evaluating different negotiations with some automobilistic car in order to transfer the patent.
