One of the last good Maytag washers before Whirlpool bought them, the Maytag Performa is a washer that could really clean clothes. It has a dual action agitator that isn't like the fake agitators Whirlpool makes now, it's a real one.
They could turn over clothes better than any new Maytag now which suck ever since Whirlpool ruined the company. Alliance laundry systems should help Whirlpool bring this one back since they are the only ones making good washers now(Speed Queen TC5).
