The Sapphire Smart Cook is a line of cutting edge, game changing, life saving cooking device plug in sensors for appliances such as stoves, microwaves, crock pots, air fryers, etc. that is equipped with automatic shut off valves that will activate and AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF appliances when excessive smoke, or fire is detected from the burning of food. This is usually caused from unsupervised cooking.

If a customer wanted an entire new appliance for the kitchen such as a stove, air fryer or microwave, the Sapphire Smart Cook appliances are also equipped with various features such as Alexa voice command activation, oven camera, Bluetooth connectivity, cooling fans, hidden fire extinguishing nozzles, phone app compatibility and so much more to ensure that cooking is now safer than ever before. However, we are moving forward with the idea of the PLUG-IN SENSOR that will be compatible with all modern cooking appliances. All one would have to do is plug in the sensor and connect the device through WiFi, maybe a gas line, electric line, etc. and this is where saving lives will begin.

My research revealed that there is a house fire every 87 seconds in the United States and most house fires are initiated from the kitchen. This is where the Sapphire Smart Cook intervenes. The Sapphire Smart features an automatic shut off switch when excessive smoke or fire is detected, thus alerting people by loud alarm ringing & phone app connectivity. The appliance is immediately shut down and another life is saved.

Named after my late great twin sister Sharifah Sapphire Furson, I strongly believe the Sapphire Smart Cook line of cooking appliances and or plug in sensors will be included in the category as a major necessity within all homes and businesses. Someday, the Sapphire Smart Cook will be a definite requirement for homeowner's insurances to be a must have in every household and eventually every business. Once tested and developed, and hits the market, I envision the Sapphire Smart Cook doing extremely well in all major markets and platforms. Cooking has never been so comforting before. A device that will do more than just feed your soul...it will save your soul.
