Trackball Compatible Keyboard

I am a dedicated trackball user. I use both the MX Ergo and the older Trackman Marble.
I use a small bluetooth keyboard in combination with an X keys programmable 24 key keypad.
Why? Because I want all the functions that are usually on the RHS of the keyboard on my left hand. I spend a lot of time editing documents I have my keypad programmed with editing functions that would normally require multi key keyboard shortcuts.
PLEASE give us a keyboard option that we can use the Trackball with the right hand and the number pad, arrows and other functions on the left hand.
Why not go further and give us a basic Qwerty keyboard with a programmable keypad for the use of the left hand?
