Little Caesars Customer Service Improvement Idea

Steger il is falling apart. They have the weirdest concept in place for orders. You can only order online and then you go into the drive thru line and wait in line for each order to come up to the window. Now mind you if I am order number 3 but order 14 ,8 and 6 are in front of me I now have to wait for those orders to be done, so my order is now old.
New concept : online orders , phone orders, wall up orders all get a order number for cars take a description of car , You then park these cars in the very big and empty parking lot , and an employee runs orders out to these people and no one is waiting in a line for a hour plus for a pizza.
You lose a lot of business like this
As we speak Saturday at 6:00 pm and there is literally not sarcastically speaking 17 cars in line and they have to wait for each order to be cooked ... one order at a time is what this location is pumping out , not taking in 20..parking 20, bringing /0 out so 20 more can order ... make it make sense at this location
