Crazy Wings

I have been working at Little Caesars for about 6 months now and I have been apart of a major change for the better for the Calera, Alabama branch. I have personally been a big asset in the fact that the numbers and sales have gone up within the last 6 months and although I should be asking for a pay raise, instead I am asking for the chance to add something New to the menu.

I cooked some wings from the store a few months ago and at first taste I realized that the wings weren't finished cooking, so I cooked them a little bit longer for a more crispier, crunchier finish. Not rubbery or flabby. After that, I made some regular Buffalo wings but something was still missing. Being that we don't have salt or pepper in the store and are not allowed to season our food due to various food regulations, I was only able to use what was available. And what was available was Veggie seasoning. After cooking the wings a little longer, adding a small amount of Buffalo sauce and some veggie seasoning almost give the wings a Lemon Pepper taste that is so Different from any flavor I have ever tasted and extremely delicious. I have since then, nearly quadrupled the sales of wings and on some nights have even been above the 15% mark in sales for just wings alone. Thanks for reading and for the consideration.
