Hi Team,
LinkedIn is very good tool for business events , Neww automation, Searching job etc.Being am Automation engineer what i imagine peoples are less interested in sending and receiving message but more interested in using information which is available on Linkedin like, some peoples will post saying send your resume will check ad get back to in this. I gone through many peoples not only Linkedin but also from other site like ,Naukri.com, Monster.com and so on.What i request you to take control on this resourcing where resource should know that what is the status of his resume is it selected or rejected.
Their are many organisation in market who spread fake information like we have opening in our company in this way they do feee of cost advertisement and unnecessary they use resource like a football.
So request you to create such mechanism were will come to know in which state of my resume, like HR Viewed, In Progress for Interview, HR round , Awaiting for offer letter.Also one more thing most of IT company they are less interred in dealing with resource , they are interested in getting final result in terms of good resource.Can we introduce Video calling for specific HR and specific resource , so that all the interview will get conducted on linked and only last step will be remaining that is giving offer letter.
