LensCrafters Customer Service Improvement Idea

Here is an ideas. Why don't you try harder to make your customers happy. I just spent 3 hours today and came to the store on three separate occasions all for nothing. I came in looking for a quote for sunglasses the first time. Then I went and had an eye exam and came back to purchase the glasses I had chose. Well those did not work for what I needed them for. I then picked up a second pair. Had my measurements done and paid the bill, even though I was told it would take a week to 10 days to receive them I was willing to wait. Well now I get a phone call and am told that I cannot have these glasses either. I look at the additional ones that were there and they are all $100 more than the pair I wanted. I have always taken my business with lenscrafters but from now on I am taking my business. Just a note: there were a room full of pissed off people in the Florence, Kentucky store and one just got up and left.

Pass this along to the president of the company maybe he will listen.
