Please add belt squat machines to your facilities, they're much safer when it comes to taking pressure and load off of the back and shoulders. It puts more pressure on the legs and of course the butt. Lots of athletes prefer these types of squats to begin with, such as football, track, basketball etc... This is perfect for body building when it comes to hypertrophy and explosiveness development for athletes.
