Your online shopping service seems to be a great success. I work as a Clicklist attendant. The biggest problem I see is sharing Clicklist with walk in customers. This generates considerable loss in upgraded substitutions, unwanted substitutions or just plain out of stock items, some of which customers had planned to use for that evenings meals.
What if there were dedicated stores for online shopping only? Just across E Thompson Rd is the recently vacated building store 995 used to operate at before upgrading to a Marketplace store and moving directly across the street. With careful modifications you could not only provide better service and more completely filled orders but could be configured for a drive thru, eliminating effects of inclement weather and risk to employees constantly facing parking lot traffic.
