Union Workers Over Exploiting Sick Days Regualrly

Provide hospital Union workers with free lunches for perfect attendance. This will decrease chronic call outs (usage of sick days when people are clearly not sick, especially on Mondays and Fridays).
Also provide workers with perfect attendance Christmas / Holiday gifts for children and the workers themselves for coming to work regularly. This will also help building office morale.

In my department at KP Orange county laboratory people are calling out sick every week, we are suffering, and thus the quality of patient care suffers.
