Childcare

I think that All kaiser Hospitals and Clinics should have a daycare for employees. Seeing that the majority of Kaiser's employees are Female more than likely they have children and also struggle with childcare. I know for me speaking from my experience childcare now is extremely expensive and sometimes us moms have a hard time paying for it due to other expenses such as mortgage,car,groceries etc. And if you don't have the support to help you with your Child/Children that adds on so much stress to us. Now how can we come to work caring for others when we're under a great amount of stress ourselves? Especially for single parents, if your doing it all by yourself this could be a great way to cut down your expenses. As a parent our natural instinct is to protect our children and to make sure that they're cared for, and what better way to do that then to know where your child is, you can come and check on them as you please and don't have to travel far to do that. Just my suggestion.
