This is a patent-pending device that utilizes clear aligners to solve several important problems in PAP therapy. The device is worn while using either a CPAP, BIPAP or APAP machine. It is constructed of upper and lower clear aligners which are adhered together. It addresses and solves three major problems encountered in PAP therapy: mouth opening (causing dry mouth and loss of pressure), jaw falling back and closing off airway (increase events or AHIs) and mask leaks. These problems all contribute to failure to comply with life saving treatment. This appliance is comfortable, inconspicuous and effective. It is also offered at a low cost point.
