Add A Power Outage Alarm To Oxygen Concentrator

Good evening! My name is Jenny Hall and I work for a utility company in Cartersville GA. We have several clients on a priority list because they have oxygen machines or other life giving equipment. I've been concerned that if the power went off at night, and the client were sleeping they may not wake up. I think it would be great to have a battery powered secondary alarm that would sound if there were a loss of power to the unit while the switch was in the ON position.
