Soundproof Bed Enclosure

For soundproofing just the bed area of people (particularly shift workers, autistic people with noise sensitivity, and couples who are still in the honeymoon phase) who live in rentals / are on low incomes; and who live in cheaply constructed apartment blocks or in very close quarters with other people... How about a soundproof enclosure for a bed (and maybe wide enough to admit a nightstand or two, as well as the bed) A bit like a 4 poster bed but solid on the top, bottom and sides (rubber flooring?), and built of acoustic panels or some other kinds of materials with good sound proofing qualities? It could have built in fans to ensure the free flow of air, and built in lighting and power points... and I suppose some sort of intercom system would be a good idea, so that we can still hear things like the doorbell, the phone and the smoke alarm. In the interests of fire safety obviously we would have to be able to get out of it effortlessly and instantly, so I would suggest magnetic closures for the entrance/exit. Parts of it built of very thick perspex, to allow some natural light to come in.
