HughesNet Customer Service Improvement Idea

Submitted 8 years ago

Hughes.net should simply go out of business and not be allowed to start up again unless and until they offer customer support based on American soil, with people who both speak and understand English. They should destroy anything they now offer as as internet communication devices and hire people with at least the IQ of an empty peanut shell on a bar room floor any given Friday night, to design a system which actually works. Then they should take to heart the phrase, "The customer is always right.', and allow the customer to choose which channels they want. That way real Americans do not have to pay for non-English speaking channels which cater to the too lazy to learn English community. Why is it that only the latino community seems to be the only one too lazy or lanquage challenged to learn America's language, English? How are the French, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, etc., able to learn English in honor of becoming AUTHENTIC Americans, while the spanish speaking community wants everything given to them...as if they were owed? I am in the process of selling my home, and will gladly go without internet service if the only choice is hughes.net. Yes, it is that pathetically badj!!!!
