All people's feet are not resistant to the rough bottom with the tools to scrub feet. There are some that cannot tolerate this same surface very long.

Idea 1- Provide a porous soft surface for people to rest their feet on. Remove for aggressive scrub.

Idea 2- When a person is relaxed sitting with feet in massage, the tendancy is for the legs to naturally go lateral against the sharper plastic border of the top of unit. Recommend that a soft support be applied to allow the legs to relax against soft support of top edges. Would be very helpful
