Add the telephone contact number to the Road and Track website. Or a customer service email address. Put the same info on the invoice/billing statements.
After receiving confusing ( in error) invoices that could only be resolved by phone, it took me 3 extended tries over 6 weeks to find a contact number. I never did find an email address for customer support. It looks like you are hiding from your customers. I finally found a contact thru the parent corporation, Hearst . R&T is too good of a publication to be trying to hide from customers with billing errors.
