7 new students are transferring to Canterlot High. Two are sons of Celestia, one of them is originally from the pony world and shares a past relationship with Sunset Shimmer (they're not siblings, though.) 6 of the students are in a band called The Renegades. One of the sons of Celestia happens to be the favorited victim of bullying to Timber Spruce. The older the one who's from the pony world sees that boy who was bullied as a little brother and won't rest until he exposes Timber for the bully he is and in the process, he is overcome by the Equestrian magic that lurks inside of him.

Twilight eventually finds out thanks to a little help from Sunset and leaves Timber for her newest special someone (the boy who was Timber's favorite victim).
