The Good Cartel are a group of individuals who have regular human abilities but they create strategies to make the world a better place by breaking and making laws. They Rob Banks, Drug Dealers and Co-operations, corrupt Politicians, weapons dealers, oil companies, sex traffickers, and wall street , etc. They rob them in order to fund law maker laws to change laws, buy media and fund the law makers.
