What if high end motherboards had HDMI inputs? Crazy right?
With corona shaping the future of technology around the world, people are moving away from simple webcams since the prices of normal ones are ridiculously high, you may as well get an actual camera that can output to hdmi to use as your webcam. Boom, Gigabyte steps in with a motherboard that has an HDMI input RIGHT ON THE BOARD. No need to hand Elgato money for a camlink or a capture card. This can go beyond just using the input for a webcam, you can use it as a streaming pc (duh, that's probably what you thought of first at the idea of an input). But what if this wasn't limited to high end motherboards? What if we pushed this down to itx boards or laptops? Now streamers/meeting goers can have a *compact* dedicated media pc.
